A 16 bar, crush resistant, food quality, brewers suction and delivery hose suitable for beer, wine, cider, alcohol (up to 96%) and soft drinks.

Temperature range: -40°c to +100°c (Intermittent 120°c)

Applications

Brewflex® is specifically designed for breweries, winepresses, distilleries, bottlers, cider & perry presses, soft drinks beverage producers and drinking water applications. The white Butyl liner is what enables Brewflex® suitability for varying applications as it is completely neutral to taste and odour, smooth, non-porous and temperature resistant up to 120°c.

Construction

Liner
Smooth, white, butyl (BIIR) rubber compound. This food quality liner is odourless and taste free.
Reinforcement/s
High strength synthetic plies with nylon spirals.
Cover
Corrugated, red, cloth impression EPDM rubber with an anti-friction coating. Resistant to ozone, abrasion and weathering.
